Think of this edition like the Sunday refill to your Saturday cup: deep dives, exercises, and behind-the-scenes insights that build on yesterday’s free newsletter.

Yesterday I shared my East St. Louis origin story—how growing up wanting to be rich taught me to gather evidence of my power. But here's what I didn't tell you: that same origin story also planted some deep wealth blocks that I'm just now uncovering.

Today, we're examining the flip side of our origin stories: the inherited narratives that might be quietly sabotaging our power.

Especially beliefs re: wealth and abundance that could be subconsciously holding us back.

Because ya girl is ready to soarrrrr 🦅🦅

I realized: first, I needed a way to name the glass ceiling. To get clear on the fight I’m fighting. What subconscious beliefs, if any, were holding me back? Projectors are great at seeing everyone and everything but themselves, so I’m always curious about blindspots.

So I designed (and refined) a four-part introspective process to surface limiting beliefs around money, wealth, and abundance.

It uncovers:

  1. Your underlying money beliefs (the ones running the show behind the scenes)

  2. Your loudest limiting belief in one clear sentence, plus what it costs you and what it protects you from

  3. The emotional and ancestral roots of where this belief originated

  4. A new, expansive belief that increases your capacity to receive (because I don't believe in just identifying problems without solutions)

🫣 To show you how deep this gets, here's my loudest limiting belief:

Big wealth isn’t for people like me because I’ve never seen it, I’ve never done it, and I don’t know how to hold it.

It’s not about ability. It’s not about alignment. It’s about the gap between survival and sovereignty.

Subconsciously: there’s a ceiling to how good it can get.

I was shooketh at the accuracy - especially when I leveraged AI to get even deeper insights. #readtofilth

To take this process to the next level, I highly recommend using AI and I’ve included AI prompts and instructions on how to do so. I know many are hesitant about AI; however, one of its strengths is distilling insights and themes from data. I don’t think AI should replace therapy or coaching, but it can be a helpful tool. Either way, pick the approach that speaks to you.

I shared this exercise with clients and they loved it, so wanted to share with this community too.
